T115B Sulfurized Calcium Alkylphenate
1. DESCRIPTION
The product provides lubricant with excellent high-temperature ***ergency, good acid neutralizing ability, and better anti-oxidant/anti-corrosion and antiwear performance. It effectively inhibits the formation of carbon deposit. It is high soap content, fine alkali retention and water separation ability.
2. APPLICATION
The product shows good co***tibility with sulfonate, alkylsalicylate, naphthenate, ashless succinmide, and ZDDP, also possesses good synergies with other additives. It¡¯s widely used for high and medium grade of engine oils and marine vessel oils.
3. RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
The recommended dosage is from 0.5% to 4.0%.

5. PACKING AND STORAGE
It is packed in 200 liter metal drums.
The storage, transport and producing should meet the requirements of SH/T0164.
The maximum temperature should not exceed 75℃, for long-term storage, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45℃. The product is not flammable, explosive, and corrosive. Its safety cause, environmental protection and usage may refer to the general procedures for the common petroleum products.
